Unfortunately, I could not find any decent quotes about the lovely Mrs. Claus that did not come directly from a movie that would make sense using here. To make up for that, here is a quote about Christmas and family.

Mrs. Claus, wife to the jolly old elf Santa Claus also known as Father Christmas, who is the Christmas gift-bringer in American and European Christmas tradition. She makes cookies with elves, cares for all the reindeer and helps prepare the toys with Santa. She also makes sure that she's there to see the man in red off when he leaves the North Pole to start his busy night of delivering gifts to all the well behaved children in the world.
Her first name is a mystery, going by many different ones, but since becoming his wife, she has always gone by Mrs. Claus. She used to be a Christmas mystery, thought by some to never have existed, but she does. First mention of her was in the short story "A Christmas Legend" in 1849, written by a Christian missionary named James Rees. It's a story that tells of a man and woman carrying bundles of their backs that they give to a shelter for the children in the house.
Since then, you have probably seen her in the myriad of Christmas themed movies, television specials and stories. She's even been mentioned in Christmas songs and made appearances in a few video games.
I imagine her to be just as jolly as her husband and a sweet old mother figure for the hard working elves in the workshop. When you have that many to take care of who make toys for as many children that they do, cookies probably keep them smiling throughout the days, paired with some hot chocolate. Mini marshmallows are, of course, a must, because what is a nice cup of hot chocolate without them.
