For most people, life is pretty busy. It's important to stop and give yourself a break every few hours and either do something you like or close your eyes and let go of the day's worries, it'll help your sanity. It will also help you get through your day. That's why when I need a break I play video games or watch my favorite YouTubers or rewatch a movie or show I like on Netflix.
Thanksgiving is less than a week away for the United States and soon after that Christmas will be here for everyone that celebrates the holiday. The end of the year always seem the busiest for people and it can be quite overwhelming. Again, stop and give yourself a break, especially if you feel like everything you are working on won't get finished. Take things one step at a time, finish one project before you think about and work on the next.
Remember that there is no need to stress yourself into craziness and if you can't finish something on time there is always tomorrow. So be sure to give yourself plenty of praise for the things you have accomplished, even small projects. You are an amazing person who is loved. *Sends you a virtual hug*
